Outdoor Expeditions
Get off the mat and into the awe-inspiring surrounding area with Wanderlust signature outdoor expeditions. To learn more about dates, times, and meeting locations or to register for any of the following expeditions, click here. Some expedition programs require additonal payment. You must have a Wanderlust Sage, Seeker or Pilgram pass to participate, and you will sign up using the scheduler first to ensure that space is available, and then purchase tickets within 36 hours.
Standup Paddleboard Yoga on the Lake
Enjoy the freedom to move and be moved. Come experience stand up paddling, the fastest growing water sport in the world. Standup Paddle Vancouver will combine stand up paddling with your yoga practice for 'SUP Yoga' immersed on the breathtaking beauty of a nearby lake. Connect to this gorgeous environment and crystal clear waters at 1200' above sea level as you flow through poses on your moving mat. Basic instruction will be given for first timers to SUP and the learning curve is quick so get ready to have some major FUN!
SCHEDULE: One to three classes daily Thursday - Sunday

Rock Climbing w/ KAF Adventures
Rock climbing and yoga are deeply connected. Climbing up rock faces requires you to trust and focus on the present moment. Deliberateness, awareness of the core and balance, are key components of your yoga practice and develop coordination in climbing. Take this opportunity to ascend to new heights in the heart of the Coast Mountains supported by climbing professionals from KAF Adventures. Designed for both beginners and experts, you will learn to practice mindfulness while external factors are present, develop new habits for grounding and breathwork, and hone your ability to find clarity when pushing physical and mental limits. Includes a 30-minute yoga practice, rock climbing instruction, 2 hours of climbing and 30 minutes of reflection.

Bike Park 101
The Whistler Mountain Bike Park is unlike any other biking experience you have ever had. Bike Park 101 is an intro clinic tailored for first-time downhill mountain bike park riders looking to get a taste of the park. While this expedition is an intro level downhill mountain biking experience, Bike Park 101 is a fast and furious adventure. In a 3-hour session, our certified instructors will get you up to speed on the proper stance and body position, as well as elementary downhill bike control. Group lessons have no more than four people per instructor, which means you get more of what you want - mileage, attention, and value. Return to mountain base dirty and happy! If you are seeking thrills, this is the class for you. If you're looking for a leisurely roll through the hills, think again. Click here to preview a video of the class.

Cross-Country (XC) Biking
The mountain is a mecca for exploring stunning scenery by bike. Whistler's endless Cross Country (XC) trail network covers over 350km of coastal intertwined single track trail. Explore the terrain in this epic Wanderlust expedition.
